To remove one of your cards, you'll need to contact our Customer Support team and request that the credit card be removed. You can also "Report A Problem" from the Payment option in your account if you need help removing a payment method. Be sure to include the last four digits of the card you wish to remove. For security reasons, please do not provide any other sensitive information in your email. All personal data is managed securely
Please note that if you have an e-bike or dock reservation, you must have at least one active payment method associated with your account, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled. If you don't have a payment method associated with your account, you won't be able to open trips or make reservations until you add one.
