You can cancel your plan or subscription through the “My Account” section of the Ride On Pamplona app or website. The plan may have been cancelled successfully but as it is a monthly/yearly subscription, it will remain active and usable until its expiry date.
If you're having trouble canceling your plan, it could be for one of these reasons:
- You have an outstanding payment
- You have an open journey
- You have an active reservation
If after checking these three reasons, you are still unable to cancel your plan, please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
