What happens if I run out of battery in my mobile device while I am using it?

There is no problem, your mobile device is only necessary to open a trip and only if you use a Virtual KeyCard.  

If you are unable to receive the locking notification, be sure to lock your e-bike correctly.

The e-bikes have a support on the handlebars where you can place your mobile device so that, if the user wishes, you can check the route during the journey. Please ensure you operate the e-bikes safely and refrain from using a mobile device while moving.
