The docking station is full, what do I do?

If the docking station is full, you will need to go to the nearest docking station to dock your bike and finish your trip.

In our app, if when you arrive at a station you do not have anchorages to close the trip, you have the possibility of extending the trip to the nearest station with available anchorages at no additional cost. To do this, you have to do the following:

1. Touch the big blue button on the home screen, here you can directly access the help you may need during your trip (which will be available while the user has an open trip).
2. At this point you can indicate that there are no available anchorages at the station where you want to close your trip. To do this, you must first select the station where you are.
3. Next, you must select an alternative station on the map where you want to close your trip, to which you can travel at no additional cost during the approximate time it takes to reach said station.

We remind you that the home screen of the Ride On app shows a map with all our stations and their level of occupation in real time. In this way, before starting the trip, you can have an idea of ​​​​if the station you want to go to will have enough space to finish your trip.”
