If you find that your bicycle is faulty when you start your journey, do not use it. You must return it to the same station and inform us. If the trip was a short one, our system should not charge you for it; you can make sure of this in the "Trips" section of the app. This is important because if you use a broken bike you risk making the damage to the bike worse.
