I am unable to make a payment

Please make sure that you are using a valid bank card (not expired and with sufficient funds). 

Please note that the system does not accept prepaid cards.

When you have confirmed the payment at the bank, go back to the Ride On app to confirm that the purchase has gone through. If you do not return to the Ride On app, even if the bank has authorised the purchase, the purchase will not go through.

If this still does not work, try to make the payment from the website https://rideonpamplona.com (section "My account"). 

If something goes wrong in this process, take a screenshot of the error and send us an email to support@rideonpamplona.com with the image attached.
